Think Space 2012 – PAST FORWARD

Zagreb Society of Architects is pleased to announce the launch of the new Think Space 2012 cycle with its annual theme PAST FORWARD.

The Think Space program aims to bring together world renown and established figures with emerging voices (professionals and students) within the fields of architecture, landscape, design, the arts and the humanities. The annual cycle consist of series conceptual architectural competitions and the awarding event and exhibitions organized at the end of the cycle.

The first iteration - Think Space 2011 - BORDERS cycle finished with 537 participants, architects of younger generation, from 65 countries.

Art Moves’ Billboard Art Competition 2012

Art Moves Festival Organizers, as a part of the 5th Festival of Art on Billboards Art Moves, are inviting all interested people, artists and students to take part in a new Billboard Art Competition.

The 2012 Billboard Art Competition has a new contemporary theme / slogan, which is a metaphor of all the processes taking place in the world at the moment.

The best 10 artworks selected by an international jury panel will be printed and exhibited in the urban space of the city of Torun, Poland in September/October 2012. The author of the winning entry will receive the Main Award in the amount of PLN 12,000 (approximately EUR 2,850 / USD 3,700).

YICCA 2012 Young International Contest of Contemporary Art

Moho Association is pleased to announce the official opening of the Yicca 2012 contest. The contest 2012 is the natural continuation of Yicca 2011 contest, where the great success with over 1000 participants has prompted the association to expand its relations and cooperation with galleries and professionals.
