This four-day, international event is a glimpse into the most talented technical and artistic minds of our industry. It showcases everything from student films to blockbuster visual effects!

Now in its 39th year, the SIGGRAPH conference is expected to draw an estimated 25,000 professionals from five continents to Los Angeles, California.

The Best in Show Award on the SIGGRAPH's Computer Animation Festival qualifies the winner to be considered for nomination in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences' Best Animated Short Film category.

La Macina di San Cresci Fellowship – Residence 2012

La Macina di San Cresci, residence for artists member of RES ARTIS, announces that the Provincia di Firenze will award two residency fellowships to artists.

The program invites artists from around the world to apply to work for one month in a studio at la Macina di San Cresci.

All artists working in the disciplines of: Photography, Painting, Video and Installation Art, are eligible to apply for a €500 stipend, private room and studio space in Florence.

La Macina di San Cresci will welcome two artists starting 1 July 2012, until 30 September 2012.
