James and the Giant Peach Daydream Contest

In “James and the Giant Peach”, James is looking for an escape – from his troubles, from the sadness surrounding his parents’ untimely death, from his horrid aunts. With the help of a magical oversized peach and some newfound friends, James was able to sail across the sea and reach the faraway land he’d always dreamt of.

For this contest, put yourself in James’ shoes and show where you go to escape the real world! Illustrate the magical landscape of your daydreams and show where your imagination takes you.

Adventures this big don’t grow on trees, so let your imagination soar to Giant-Peach proportions!

Objective

Illustrate the magical landscape of your daydreams and show where your imagination takes you.

Entries will be judged on the following criteria:

  • originality
  • creative Interpretation of the theme, and
  • technical skill.
