The contest is open to all artists.
Objective
Design a poster for the 17th Annual CineSol Film Festival. Create a design that can easily be translated to a variety of print materials such as 30" by 36" size posters, print ads, cotton t-shirts, film, etc.
Entries will be evaluated based on appeal, content and marketability.
Prizes
You win $250 and your design becomes the face of the Festival; it will be on the cover of newsprint schedules that are inserted in various Valley newspapers.
Rules
- The contest is open to all artists.
- There is no limit to the number of entries submitted.
- Entries must be mounted on an 8 1/2"w by 11“h board as well as stored digitally on a CD.
- You may use colors and design concepts that create a strong graphic presentation.
- The design must be easily translated to a variety of print materials such as 30" by 36" size posters, print ads, cotton t-shirts, film, etc.
- You must Incorporate "17th Annual CineSol Film Festival 2010" in the artwork.
- The CineSol Film Festival does not assume responsibility for submissions. Artists providing a self-addressed stamped envelope will have their design(s) returned.
