The Kala Art Institute is currently accepting applications for its 2012 Fellowship award and calling for artists worldwide. The Kala Fellowship award is an international competition open to artists from the U.S. and around the world. Hosting nine new artists at Kala each year helps to ensure that the artistic energy and vision of Kala’s entire community of artists in residence is continually re-energized and rejuvenated. Artists at Kala are encouraged to produce innovative artwork of the highest quality, and are given total freedom to realize their artistic vision using media that span the Gutenberg to digital eras.

ARCUS Studio is pleased to inform you that the call for the artists-in-residence program of ARCUS Project 2012 IBARAKI has been opened! Research projects can now be submitted from all interested artists. The program is open for emerging artist worldwide, engaged in contemporary visual arts or other related fields. The 2012 artists-in-residence program is scheduled for end of August through November 2012.
