The international film submission for the Scottish Mental Health Arts and Film Festival 2012 is now open. The 2012 Scottish Mental Health Film Festival is currently inviting submissions for the 2012 awards. If you have a film or film project that is underway or completed and links to mental health, then the organizers want to hear from you. This annual open film submission gives film-makers the opportunity to share their work and ideas with audiences across Scotland and internationally.

The British Journal of Aesthetics (BJA) holds a competition each year open to students on full-time undergraduate or graduate courses at art and design schools or in fine art/design departments in any country to design a cover for the journal, which is published by Oxford University Press (OUP), both in print and online. This year’s competition is open for entries and all eligible candidates are invited to submit. The winning design will be used on the cover of the October 2012 issue of the British Journal of Aesthetics (BJA) and the winner will receive lots of other prizes.
