Matt Roberts Arts is currently calling for entries for the 2012 Salon Art Prize. This year, for the sixth time, through this multidisciplinary art prize, the organizers will be selecting, awarding and exhibiting international art projects. Over the past five years the Salon Art Prize has exhibited 428 artists and welcomed over 9700 visitors to its gallery in East London. To celebrate this success the organizers will be moving to a larger gallery space to accommodate more artists per exhibition and will also offer an overall prize fund of £10,500. Salon Art Prize 2012 is Currently Accepting SubmissionsThis year the organizers will be accepting: Painting, Sculpture and Installation (including sound), 2-D Media (which includes drawing, collage, printmaking etc), and Photography. Video won’t be considered for the Salon Art Prize 2012.
