The Association Fumetti in Treviso in collaboration with the Scuola Internazionale di Comics and in occasion of the Treviso Comic Book Festival 2013 announces the Second International Competition for New Authors “TCBF”. The theme of the 2013 competition, year of the tenth anniversary of the festival, is “The number 10”: entries must be stories involving the number 10 as an element of storytelling or comics construction . The Association Fumetti in Treviso Hosts its Second International Comics Competition for New AuthorsThe competition is open to all newcomers cartoonists and comics artists over 18 years (born before 31 December 1995) from anywhere in the world. A newcomer is a non-professional author who has no employment contracts in the field of design and has never published with national publishers. The competition is open to students from schools of comics and writers who collaborate with fanzines.
