The Better Philadelphia Challenge is celebrating its 10th anniversary, offering $10,000 in prizes for the 2016 design competition. Open to college students (undergraduate, graduate, + PhD) as well as to professionals (design or other) around the world, the 2016 Competition is themed “Designing Healthy Neighborhoods” and dedicated to the Mantua/Belmont section of Philadelphia. College student and professional entries will be judged separately, with a $5,000 First Prize for each.

LodzPrints is hosting the 1st International Print Biennial Łódź 2016 and calling professional artists and students to submit their applications. The aim of the Biennial is to create an exhibition presenting the overall condition of the contemporary graphic art which would give artist from around the world an opportunity to confront their creative attitudes. The International Print Biennial Łódź 2016 competition includes 11,500 Polish Zloty (2,700+ Euro) in prizes, five (5) honorable mentions as well as certificates for participation for each participant.
