The call for entries of the Curtas Vila do Conde 2016 International Film Festival has just been announced and the festival is now open for new short films. Eligible for entry are films produced in 2015 or 2016, within the duration limit of 60 minutes, in film (35mm or 16 mm) or digital (DCP or vídeo files), including: animations, documentaries, fiction films, experimental films and music videos. The Festival is very competitive and each year awards are announced in thirteen (13) categories, five (5) of which are international.
