Valeo has launched the 3rd edition of its Innovation Challenge, inviting Students around the world to submit innovative automobile-related project for 2016. The challenge is to come up with an innovation which would, between now and 2030, make the car and the way it is used more intelligent, intuitive, green and fun. A total of twenty-four (24) selected projects will receive financial assistance of 5,000 Euro for the creation of a functioning proof of concept. A first prize of 100,000 Euro and a second prize of 10,000 Euro will be awarded in each of the two competition categories: The innovation prize for the best technological innovation and The idea prize for new ways of using the car.
