				<description><![CDATA[Khaled bin Sultan Living Oceans Foundation has recently announced its 2016 Science without Borders (SWB) Challenge &#8212; themed &#8220;Fishing Under the Radar&#8221; &#8212; with the intention to engage students to promote the need to preserve, protect, and restore the world’s oceans and aquatic resources. For this year’s Challenge, students are invited to use their artistic talents to create a piece of art that illustrates Illegal, Unreported, and Unregulated fishing, this is often called IUU fishing. The SWB Challenge is open to primary and secondary school students 11-19 years old, with scholarships of up to $500 awarded to the winning entries.]]></description>
