Non Architecture Competitions have launched their second competition – themed “Making” and dedicated to alternative designs for factories. The aim is to develop a design proposal for the factory typology, intended as a place of creation and processing of goods of any kind. There will be three (3) Winners in the competition, each awarded with 1,000 Euro, publication in the Non Architecture Competitions books and online, and reviews in digital magazines and several architecture blogs. Twelve (12) Honorable Mentions will also be awarded with publication and reviews.

CEEweb for Biodiversity is hosting the 2016 edition of their annual Short Film Competition and seeking for films focused on agriculture, circular economy and the benefits of Europe’s nature. Submitted films can be of any genre (cartoon, animation, puppet film, documentary, interviews, etc.) and no longer than 4 minutes. The best shorts will win valuable prizes and will be shown at international events that affect our future.
