Carapelli is promoting the first art award, through a competition for visual arts that intends to enhance, promote and support young contemporary artists, in celebration of the company’s 125th anniversary. The competition — themed “CARAPELLI FOR ART: SKILL, TRADITION and QUALITY” — is open to students at Italian Academies of Fine Arts, and all artists, of any nationality, working in the fields of painting, photography, sculpture, installation and videos. There are two prize categories, with a total of 10,000 Euro in prize money.
