TASS News Agency is hosting an International Professional Photo Contest dedicated to overcoming the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The contest is devoted to the coronavirus pandemic that broke out in 2020 and aims to laud the significance of the work of photojournalists who demonstrated professional heroism during the COVID-19 outbreak. There are two nominee categories in the contest: the “Single Photo” category and the “Photo Series category.” Moreover, the jury members will pick the best snapshot from all those submitted and that one will be awarded the Grand Prize. The winners of the “Single Photo” and “Photo Series” categories will get $3,000 each. The Grand Prize winner will get $10,000.
