The Locarno Film Festival is hosting an international poster competition to select the official poster for its 74th edition. Every year, the Locarno Film Festival unveils a selection of the best global independent and experimental productions and hosts innovative outlooks and projects, to create previously unseen images together, freely. To strengthen this dialogue, this year the Festival has decided to invite international graphic designers, artists and creators to come up with the poster for the 74th edition, scheduled for 4–14 August, 2021, in Locarno, Switzerland. The winner, in addition to receiving a cash prize of 5,000 Swiss francs, will see their idea and work at the core of Locarno74.
