The Joseph Binder Award is a platform for a community, passionate on illustration and graphic design. It is a stage for designers works and celebrating creativity. This year’s edition goes in search of the secrets of the creative process. Unusual perspectives, compositions, shapes, forms and compelling colour gradients arouse our curiosity. It is an international competition and showroom with a focus on graphic design and illustration and was first launched in 1996 by designaustria, the interest organisation and knowledge centre for design in Austria.

The fourth Close-up Photographer of the Year (CUPOTY) competition is open for entries for 2022. The competition is open for your best close-up, macro and micro photographs. You could win the £2,500 cash prize and trophy, and be crowned Close-up Photographer of the Year 04. The Young CUPOTY winner will be awarded a SIGMA 105mm F2.8 DG DN Macro Art lens, USB dock and trophy.

The 8th edition of the The Best Brand Awards — the international awards honoring the excellence on brand design around the world, is open for entries for 2022. The Best Brand Awards is an international competition in which the concept and design of brands from all over the world are honored. Designers, agencies and companies compete every year to present their best work. The awards are presented in Gold, Silver, Bronze, Award of Excellence and Runner Up. The more points the jury awards to a logo, the higher the award. The highest annual awards are “Best Brand of the World” and “Best Brand Agency/Designer of the World”.

Verzasca Foto Festival is accepting entries for its Nera di Verzasca 2022 photography competition and invites all amateur and professional photographers to participate. The Nera di Verzasca Prize is an open theme photo contest for amateur and professional photographers. One 1st place prize winner will be awarded 2,000 Swiss Francs, a solo exhibition from the 3rd September to 3rd October 2022 in the Verzasca Valley, Switzerland and will be invited to the 2022 Verzasca Foto Festival. The organizers will also invite the ten finalists to show their work during the festival + free board and lodging during the four days of the festival (please note that lodging is depending on the sanitary situation).

Impact Competitions invites you to envision and design a prototype of a micro-housing unit that reflects the personal needs and culture of the residential community chosen. The Micro Housing 2022 International Architecture Competition celebrates the concept of a micro apartment and micro-homes.
