TerraViva launches Nautical Club Ohrid, a new architecture competition that invites to submit innovative Adaptive-Reuse projects focused on the rehabilitation of the “Youth Union Summer Retreat” building in Ohrid, North Macedonia. Working on the recovery of this modern heritage left unused for over twenty years and taking inspiration from Boris Chipan’s original program, the competition requires the design of a Nautical & Social Club open to both the local community and the seasonal tourists. Prizes up to 7.000 Euro will be awarded to the winners selected by an international jury panel.
