Optimistas is hosting an International architectural competition for the reconstruction, improvement and development of the urban environment in the area around the Market Square of Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. The competition is organized due to the Municipality of Stara Zagora’s demand for complete concept for the development, improvement and design of the urban environment and an idea solution for “Pazarska” str. and the square space behind the department store, locked between the “Tsar Simeon the Veliki” Blvd., “Russki” Blvd., “Knyaz Boris” str. and “Kolyo Ganchev’ str., Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. A total of 17,500 Euro will be awarded to the best three idea solutions. The First Prize is 10,000 Euro. The Municipality of Stara Zagora, Bulgaria will commission the first ranked participant to develop a technical and detailed investment project.
