Pitch for the Future (PFF) is a competition for students (high school, gap year, and university) to pitch ideas that solve real-world problems related to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. It’s all about using creativity, critical thinking, and communication to imagine a better future. Participants can either compete individually or team up with 2-3 friends to create a short video highlighting a social issue in their community, and share their solution to tackle it. You can make your project on any topic, as long as it connects to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. The finalists will pitch their ideas in a LIVE pitch session and Q&A, and the top 3 teams will be crowned Global Winners and get workshop, monetary and certificate prizes.

Close-up Photographer of the Year returns for its seventh edition! CUPOTY is an annual competition that reveals the hidden wonder of the world through close-up, macro and micro photography. Celebrating the art of macro, micro and close-up photography, photographers are invited to reveal the hidden wonder of the world through their pictures. An expert jury will judge 11 categories and award £2,500 to the overall winner.

“Faust/Vizual” is an international graphic competition for posters, animated forms or other visual realizations inspired by one of the greatest works of European culture – J. W. Goethe’s “Faust”. Wanda Siemaszkowa Theatre in Rzeszów and the Chair of Graphic Design of the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszów invite young artists to creatively interpret that classic text – not only through posters, but also through animation or experimental graphic forms. The Competition is an integral part of the “CLASSICS 3.0” project, the aim of which is to reinterpret the canon and confront the classics with modern means of expression. Selected works will be presented at an exhibition accompanying the theatrical premiere of “Faust”, directed by Jan Nowara. 10,000 PLN will be awarded to the best works in each category — 4,000 PLN are reserved for the 1st Prize.

Any artist using Photography and/or Printmaking as critical components in their work can enter. Artists whose work pushes the boundaries of traditional photographic and printmaking practices are encouraged to enter. 2D and 3D works, including artist books, are eligible. A wide variety of exhibition, museum acquisition, cash and material prizes are provided by supporters of the ANNUAL to be awarded to Semifinalists and Finalists.
