Creative Quarterly (CQ) magazine has opened its 85th international juried competition, inviting participation by professionals, as well as students. CQ seeks for the best art, advertising, design, illustration and photography done in the past six months. Winners’ work will be featured in Creative Quarterly’s online gallery and will become a part of their year-end published Annual. All winners will be featured in our 2026 Creative Quarterly Annual, a softbound book which will also list all runners-up.

Following the success of last year’s edition, InfraVision, the Think Tank founded by Vauban and Altermind, is pleased to announce the 2nd edition of its international student competition in 2026. The 2nd international competition focuses on the theme “Infrastructure as a System: Rethink the Future”, challenging students to design innovative infrastructure projects that are resilient, adaptive, and sustainable in the face of climate, technological, and societal transitions. The winners will receive €7,000 for first place, €5,000 for second place, and €3,000 for third place.

The Art on Climate International Illustration Competition is open for entries for 2026. Since its inception in Spain in 2019, the Art on Climate competition has evolved from a regional project into a significant global movement. Over the past seven years, it has become a powerful platform for creators worldwide to express the urgency of environmental stewardship. This momentum reached new heights in 2025, where the campaign saw record-breaking engagement with over 3,500 artworks and videos submitted by more than 2,600 illustrators across 100 different locations. A total of 12,000 Euro will be awarded to the best works. Customised award certificates will also be endowed to Champion, 1st runner-up, 2nd runner-up and Merit winners.

The Print Center is thrilled to announce its 101st ANNUAL International Competition, one of the oldest and most prestigious competitions in the United States. Open to local, national and international artists, The Print Center is particularly interested in highlighting the use of photography and/or printmaking in new and intriguing ways, including in content, form and process. A wide variety of exhibition, museum acquisition, cash and material prizes are provided by supporters of the ANNUAL to be awarded to Semifinalists and Finalists. The call for entries for the 8th edition of the Design Educates Awards – the awards for design and architecture with social impact – is now open. The Awards invite architects, designers, studios, students, and creative practitioners from around the world to submit projects that go beyond aesthetic excellence. The 8th edition will recognize works in two categories: Architecture and Design for Impact – projects that demonstrate meaningful social, environmental, cultural, or educational value. The awards ceremony will take place during the Architecture in Foyer 2026 conference in Warsaw in October 2026. The event will be hosted by the Warsaw University of Technology and will form part of a two-day international conference featuring lectures and discussions led by renowned architects, designers, and innovators from around the world.
