iMapp Bucharest Videomapping Competition — one of the biggest videomapping events in the world — is still calling for entries, for 2017. The organizers are inviting international artists to create 4 minute and 30 second long videomapped animations to the theme of “Above and Beyond” adapted to the façade of Palace of Parliament, Bucharest, Romania using and enhancing the architecture, and accompanied by music. The animations will be projected on 16th September 2017, in front of an international jury and a live audience. Each of the six chosen participants will receive 12,000 Euro! A Jury and an Audience award of 5,000 Euro each, will also be awarded.

International artists are invited to create 4 minute and 30 seconds long video-mapped animations to the theme of “Dialogues” adapted to the façade of Palace of Parliament, Bucharest, Romania; in harmony with the architecture, and accompanied by music. The animations will be projected on 24th September 2016, in front of a jury and a live audience. Six (6) artists will be selected for participation in the live competition in September and each artist will be provided with financial support of 14,000 Euro, for the production of the accepted work. A Jury and an Audience award of 5,000 Euro each, will also be awarded.

iMapp Bucharest, one of the biggest video-mapping events in the world, is currently accepting work for its 2015 international projection mapping competition. The theme of the iMapp Bucharest 2015 is “The Elements” – referring to the four primordial elements: earth, wind, fire and water. Video and picture projections are eligible for submission. Out of all participants six artists will be selected and each will receive 16,000 Euro for the production of their video work, to prepare it for the live competition. A Jury award and an Audience award of 5,000 Euro each will be awarded on 19 September 2015, during a live event in Bucharest. The best picture entry will be awarded with 1,000 Euro.
