The Winter Cycling Federation and the Russian cycling advocacy project Let’s bike it! announce a Logo and Identity Design Contest for the 6th international Winter Cycling Congress, taking place in Moscow, in February 2018. Both professionals and amateur designers are encouraged to take part and there are no restrictions on age or country of origin. The winner will be be defined by the international jury and awarded 1,000 Euro.
