The Lumen Prize is calling all artists engaging with technology to prepare their best work and enter the competition for 2025. The Lumen Prize celebrates the very best art created with technology through a global competition. These are the nine categories you may enter in 2025, each with a $2,000 prize. 50-75 artists will become finalists, whose work will then be reviewed and selected by the Jury Panel. Each year the Jury also selects one Gold Award Winner, who is determined to have created the best work across all categories. In 2025, the Gold Award Winner will be awarded $12,000.

The Prize celebrates and promotes artists working with technology globally through its annual juried competition and exhibitions. All art is eligible as long as it engages with technology in some form. These are the five categories which you may enter in 2024, each with a $1,500 prize. Up to 70 artists will become finalists, whose work will then be reviewed by the Jury Panel. There are nine total awards, with a collective prize fund of $18,000.
