Media Arts Center San Diego’s San Diego Latino Film Festival (SDLLF) is now accepting submissions for the International Poster Competition of its 26th edition, to take place from 14–24 March, 2019. Submit an iconic design that captures the essence of our annual celebration of Latino film, music, and art for a chance to be the face of the festival. The Top Prize is $1,000 and promotional exposure in all festival related marketing materials. Ten (10) finalists will be rewarded with two tickets to the 26th San Diego Latino Film Festival and limited promotional exposure.

Design professionals, artists and students from all over the world are invited to produce a commemorative poster design that will represent the history and legacy of the SDLFF. Media Arts Center San Diego is currently hosting the 2013 San Diego Latino Film Festival Poster Competition. The organizers are looking for images that depict Latin American Cinema in an interesting, relevant and visually innovative way that avoids stereotypes and cliches. The competition is open to all artists and graphic designers and there is no limit to the number of submissions entered. The creator of the winning poster will win a cash prize and the design will appear on all Festival promotional materials.
