Celebrating its 10th Anniversary the Japanese Yamaguchi Center for Arts and Media (YCAM) is hosting an international competition called LIFE by MEDIA. In this public competition the organizers call for proposals exploring possible future ways of life and lifestyles that, with such concepts as “shared”, “nomadic” or “mobile”, keep changing in recent years. This competition is open to all ages and nationalities regardless of career or background. A single prize of 1,000,000 Yen (more than 8300 Euro) will be awarded to the best proposal. An exhibition is also scheduled as a part of the YCAM 10th Anniversary Program.
