Artists are invited to submit creative interpretations of this year’s competition theme of Art Moves – 3rd International Festival of Art on Billboards: „Together or apart?”. The 10 most outstanding projects will be presented during the Art Moves Billboard Festival in September/October 2010 in Torun, Poland. The purpose of the competition is to propagate and popularize billboard art and to encourage artists to create art engaged in the reality.

The 29th Uppsala International Short Film Festival takes place 25-31 October 2010. This festival is Sweden’s premier festival for short films, having both the national recognition of the Swedish Film Institute and international renown. More than 300 films are screened each year in the different sections of the festival, which includes International Competition, National Competition, Children´s Film Competition, special programmes and retrospectives.
