That said, entries must be 40 minutes or under in length. The year of production, however, does not matter. Selected films will be screened on the 7th annual Dam Short Film Festival which will take place in Nevada, from 9-12 February 2011. The 2011 Dam Short Film Festival will screen over 100 short films from all corners of the world.]]></description>
