Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF) is seeking features, documentaries, short films and animation for the 37th annual festival. With over 550 screenings of 250 features and 125 shorts in 25 days, SIFF is the largest film festival in the United States. The Hamptons International Film Festival (HIFF) is partnering with Babelgum to co-present an eclectic animated shorts program on-site at the 2010 Hamptons Film Festival, with $20,000 in cash prizes to be awarded by an international jury. This exciting partnership, sure to be a highlight at this year’s Hamptons International Film Festival, will include a screening of animated shorts, interactive onside audience voting, a symposium discussion among notable animators, and an Animatron Festival reception.
