Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery announces a juried art competition for the month of October with the theme “The Elements”. This is the 14th monthly Light Space & Time juried art competition. A group exhibition of the top ten finalists will be held online at the Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery for the month of November 2011. HUGO Create is back with another creative challenge. This one’s quite different from the previous contests. Instead of designing posters with the HUGO Boss bottle, for the Game Challenge, HUGO Create is asking you to create a level for the HUGO Create Game. HUGO Create – The Game is a free iPhone app, a unique fusion of sound and motion, that you can download and use for your creations. In this challenge, ten winners will be selected randomly and each will receive $500 cash.

Oh Momma!, a graphic design studio by Johnny Isaacs, is asking all creatives to recreate their favourite character of the alphabet however they want for a huge collaborative project. You can do whatever you want. The gloves are officially off for this one so let yourself go nuts. So, What’s Your Type? The entries that get the most votes will then be turned into a screen printed poster of a new alphabet. This project is going to be huge and really exciting so what are you waiting for?
