Photographer’s Forum Magazine and SIGMA present the 35th Annual Spring Photography Contest, open to all amateur photographers worldwide. Over $7,500 in cash and equipment awarded! All finalists, honorable mentions and winners will be published in the hardcover book, Best of Photography 2015. Winners will also be published in the November 2015 issue of Photographer’s Forum magazine and exhibited at Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, California. Both digital and traditional film photography is eligible. Digitally manipulated photos are also acceptable.

Adobe announced that the call for entries for its 15th (2015) annual Adobe Design Achievement Awards (ADAA) competition is now open. ADAA is a renowned student design competition that showcases some of the best new artistic talent from students around the world. The competition is open to student individuals and groups who produce work using Adobe’s world-class creative tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Work is accepted in 3 main and 13 sub-categories. Winners will receive prizes that may include Adobe software, cash, mentorship, and an invitation to attend the 2015 Adobe MAX event held in Los Angeles, California.

The 6th Annual Ciclismo Classico Bike Travel Film Festival invites amateur and professional filmmakers to submit bicycle travel films ranging from 3 to 60 minutes and enter the Festival’s competitive program. Films must feature bicycle travel of any type: organized tour or informal travel, domestic or international. One of our best-received films involved an “epic” 12 mile journey not far from home – so there’s no need to jump on a plane to get a great film. In addition to the Grand Jury prize and the Audience Award, there will be a Bay State prize, for the best film submitted by a Massachusetts resident. This award will include some first-class Massachusetts goodies! There’s also an “Alumni” category for those who have been on a Ciclismo Classico Tour.
