WorldNomads.com is inviting aspiring filmmakers around the world on a filmmaking competition for a chance to go on assignment in Colombia! In its 2015 Travel Film Scholarship, the organizers are looking for one adventurous documentary filmmaker to capture the culture and the communities of Colombia’s Pacific Coast. That’s a 10-day all-expenses-paid trip in Colombia with professional mentorship from filmmaker Brian Rapsey. To apply, you need to submit a documentary you created, featuring the ‘Profile of a Person who Inspires you to Travel the World’. Your film should be no longer than 3-minutes and in English.

The TigerCreate Adventure Book Competition is a competition for students, graduates and professionals of arts, graphic design, illustration or similar creative studies. The attendee designs a concept and a storyboard from which at least three (3) scenes and the cover are designed in an animated and interactive way by using the TigerCreate digital publishing suite. There are two (2) different topics to choose from. A trip to next year’s Children’s Book Fair (2016) in Bologna is the prize.
