Quickdraw Animation Society has started accepting submissions for the 13th GIRAF International Festival of Independent Animation. The organizers of GIRAF (Giant Incandescent Resonating Animation Festival) are looking for independent and artful animated films to share with their audience in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Selected films will be presented during GIRAF 13 — scheduled for November 2017 — and the best International and Canadian short film will be awarded.
