Communication Arts magazine is accepting entries to its 2022 Typography Competition — open for works created during the past year.
This juried competition celebrates the best use of typography as the primary visual element in design and advertising, plus new typeface designs, calligraphy and hand lettering. Any typographic project first published or produced from September 2020 through September 2021 is eligible.
Chosen by a jury of leading design professionals, the selected entries will be distributed worldwide in the Communication Arts Typography Annual, in print and digital editions, and on commarts.com, assuring important exposure to the creators of this outstanding work
Each winning entrant will receive a personalized Award of Excellence and award certificates issued for firms, individuals and clients.

Communication Arts 2022 Typography Competition – Entry Fees
Entry fees depend on the Typography category of your submission and start at $40 per submission. There is a substantial discount for student entries.

Entries registered after 10 September 2021 require a $10 late fee.
