The Copenhagen Harbour Festival (Kulturhavn) is hosting a poster design competition for its 2015 visual identity, inviting submissions from designers around the world. Kulturhavn is Copenhagen’s annual summer harbour festival, which has over the past 14 years developed into the nation’s largest cultural harbour festival with over 100,000 visitors.
Submitted posters must make an impact and be flexible as they are intended to be used on all marketing material for the festival’s 2015 edition.
The winning proposal will be awarded with DKK 15,000 (~ 2000 Euro) and featured as a recurrent design on all marketing material of Kulturhavn 2015.
Anyone can participate in the Copenhagen Harbour Festival 2015 poster competition, except those who are in various ways involved with the festival.
The winning poster design will officially be announced in June 2015, though the winner will be notified on 1 April 2015. After that, all submissions will be exhibited electronically at Kulturhuset Islands Brygge (culture centre) between 7 and 9 August 2015 and on the kulturhavn.dk festival website.
Proposals should be submitted by email no later than 18 March 2015 at 12:00 noon, with only one proposal per participant allowed.
