ÉCU 2015, the 10th European Independent Film Festival is looking for the world’s best independent films and currently open for submissions. The Festival is competitive and focuses on original and independent works that demonstrate quality, creativity and innovation across fourteen categories.
Twenty-four (24) awards will be announced as a result of the competition and selected films will become part of the 2015 official Festival program.
Submitted films must have been completed after 1st May 2013 with no more than 50% of the funding coming from a studio or broadcaster. Films of up to 30 minutes in duration are considered short.
Films should be in their original language with English language subtitles and English language films should be subtitled in French.

- Early Bird Deadline: 23rd November 2014
- Regular Deadline: 21st December 2014
- Late Deadline: 11th January 2015
- Withoutabox Extended Deadline: 18th January 2015
ÉCU 2015 will be held in Paris, France on 10th-12th April 2015.
ÉCU 2015 Submission Fees
Submission fees start from 15 Euro for Experimental European Films and vary depending on the competition category and the submission deadline.
