The organizers of Fest Anča International animation festival have opened the Call for Entry for 2014, for the festival’s seventh edition, scheduled for 18th through 22nd June 2014. Animated films made after 1 January 2012 no longer than 30 minutes, from any part of the world are eligible for submission.
The Festival is competitive and includes five (5) competition categories for 2014. The competition categories of Fest Anča 2014 are:
- Anča Award
- Anča Student Award (student films)
- Anča Music Video Award (music videos)
- Anča Kids Film Award (films for kids)
- Anča Slovak Film Award (Slovak films)
Fest Anča brings the top animated films, side by side with antiquarian, foreign and ever interesting animated bitts and pieces to Slovakia, since 2008. The program is also devoted to lectures, workshops, discussions with film directors, concerts and exhibitions.
Same as all previous editions so far, the 7th International Animation Festival Fest Anča will take place in Žilina, Slovakia.
