Fundacja Edukacji Wizualnej (the Foundation of Visual Education) is inviting photographers worldwide to submit projects and enter the Grand Prix Fotofestiwal 2013 Competition. The aim of the Competition is to select the most interesting projects which will be presented in the Grand Prix Programme of the 12th International Festival of Photography in Łódź – Fotofestiwal 2013.
Seven finalists will have a chance to participate in the Festival’s exhibition and one winner will be awarded with a prize of 10.000 PLN – about 2.500 Euro.
All selected pictures will be exhibited during the 12th edition of the Fotofestiwal between 6th and 16th June, 2013.

Grand Prix Fotofestiwal is a competition organized every year, during which the organizers are awarding the prizes to those artists who present cohesive ideas, brave visions as well as excellent photographic technique and who use the photographic language in a conscious manner. Fundacja Edukacji Wizualnej wants to present interesting personalities and new trends of contemporary photography.
This open call is directed at individual photographers. The formula of the competition is open and there are no thematic, age or geographical restrictions and the Competition does not imply any restrictions on the technique or the number of works.

Entry Fee
