The KLIK! foundation has recently opened the call for entries for the 7th KLIK! Amsterdam animation festival. The Festival aims to show that animation is much more than the simplistic or childish medium that high-brow culture purports it to be. Throughout the years the Festival has evolved into a brand with international allure and range.
KLIK! Festival has 4 competition categories, open for animated films in almost any technique.
The 2013 Festival is scheduled for November 2013 at the Eye Film Institute in Amsterdam.
The 2013 KLIK! Amsterdam Animation Festival Opens for Entries
Animated films may be submitted to any of the following competition categories:
- Short Animation Competition
- Student Animation Competition
- Commissioned Animation Competition
- 3-D Stereoscopic Animation Competition
The selection results will be published in August 2013.
