To mark the European Year of Cultural Heritage, CEEweb for Biodiversity launches “Go Wild! Stay Cultured.” photo contest for 2018. “Go Wild! Stay Cultured.” explores the interlinkage of culture and Natura 2000 areas. Natura 2000 is the largest European sites network for the protection of habitats and species: a milestone in preserving biodiversity and a remarkable symbol of our cultural and natural heritage. Prizes with a total value of 1,500 Euro will be awarded. There will be a total of three Jury winners. A Public vote and a People’s choice winner will also be announced. All winners will be awarded disincentive non-monetary prizes.

The 4th Green-Go Short Film annual competition is currently open for submissions and seeking for films of up to 4 minutes. CEEweb for Biodiversity has been organizing Green-Go short film contest since 2011. With four years in a row of different green topics and more than 300 shorts received world-wide, the organizers now target people to send short films on natural solutions to climate change, sustainable farming and benefits of nature. One award in each competition category plus one ‘Public-award’ will be awarded as a result of the competition. Prizes are monetary.

The organizers of the Green-Go International Short Film Contest are inviting you to enter the 2013 competition by shooting creative / shocking / funny / explicit eye-opener short films on three subjects related to Ecology. Do you care about that almost 1 billion people don’t have clean drinking water? Do you want to change the world and be on the big screen with your creative thoughts? The short film should be either a campaign film with maximum of 60 seconds or a short film between 60 seconds and 4 minutes.

The second international Green-Go Short Film Contest and Festival aims to gather environmentally and socially conscious youngsters to organize the contest and the festival on one hand, and on the other hand, to inspire youngsters to creatively express their ideas in a short film format.
