The 9th Magmart International Videoart Festival has recently opened the call for submissions for the festival’s 2014-2015 edition. Videoartists around the world are invited to submit short videos — fully realized with digital technology — of up to 10 minutes, for inclusion in the Festival official program. Videos already submitted for previous editions of Magmart — accepted or not — are not eligible for submission. Of all the submitted artworks, the festival jury will select thirty (30) which will become part of Casoria Contemporary Art Museum (CAM) permanent collection.

Magmart International Videoart Festival is now calling for entries for its seventh edition. This call is open to all international video artists. The first edition of Magmart happened in 2005 and since then, this festival is held annually in Naples, Italy. Video artworks no longer that 10 minutes, fully realized with digital technology, can be submitted. After the end of this call, Magmart will select 30 video artworks that will become part of the seventh edition of the festival.
