Arte Laguna Prize is the contest that welcomes artists of any age, country, and artistic background, without gender differences and with a free theme. Application is open for the 18th Arte Laguna Prize, the world’s most influential competition for emerging artists and designers. The Prize is open to everyone, with no restrictions of age, gender, nationality or any other qualifications. Artworks may have been previously exhibited. The theme is free. The jury will select the 120 finalists who will compete for the 10,000 Euro prize and will have the opportunity to exhibit in the evocative 4,000 square meters of the Arsenale Nord in Venice. Entry is open in “ScoglieraViva. Sculpting the Sea” international outdoor sculpture competition, now in its 19th edition. It features the direct intervention of sculptors on the cliffs in the town of Caorle, near Venice, Italy. The sculptures turn the cliff into a real open-air contemporary art gallery, whose changes will be given by time and natural agents. Three cash prizes of 2,000 Euro each, will be awarded in 2018. Board and lodging are also included during the stay at the City of Caorle, from 21st to 30th June 2018, for the creation of the work on site.

The 10th Edition of the International Arte Laguna Prize has been announced and the 2015 competition is now open for entry. All artists around the world are invited to compete in seven (7) different categories, including: Painting, Sculpture and Installation, Photographic Art, Video Art, Performance, Virtual and Digital Art and Environmental / Land Art. Six (6) prizes of 7,000 Euro each will be awarded for each of the competition categories. Several “Artist in Gallery“, “Artist in Residence“, “Business for Arts” and “Festivals and Exhibitions” prizes will be awarded as well. The 120 finalist artists selected by an international jury will participate in a major collective exhibition which will take place in Venice in March 2016.

Entries are open for the 9th edition of the Arte Laguna Prize, the international contest that showcases the work of the finalists in the prestigious spaces of the Arsenale of Venice. Painting, sculpture, photography, video art and performance, virtual and digital art are the five categories in which artists can enroll, either online or via postal mail, until 6th November 2014. The five overall winners will receive a cash prize of 7,000 Euro each, and the works will remain their property.
