Park Art Magazine has launched an open call for its 3rd Multimedia Showcase and is seeking for multimedia works for a public exhibit in Portugal. The Magazine has partnered with the 1ª Avenida project to bring selected artworks in a physical space, within the AXA building in the heart of Porto. Works which may be projected via digital format, from video art, to animation or even new media works may be submitted.

Looking forward for issue #03, PARK Art Magazine decided to get a move on and put some salt in the wound! Under the theme “Crise, je t’aime” (Crisis, i love you), Park´s issue #03 wants to focus on the global crisis scenario, it´s premises, manifestations and consequences. Artworks in any medium may be submitted, such as drawing, painting, illustration, design, sculpture, video, installation, written essay, photography… This open call is valid for both Portuguese and international submitters.

Established in 2010, Park – Art + Culture Magazine is a joint project which aims to bring together as many creative minds as possible, from different backgrounds and willing to share their work through a homegrown printed publication dedicated to art and culture. While preparing its second issue, Park Magazine is looking for various types of submissions. The selected submissions will be featured in the next issue of Park Magazine. Based in Porto, Portugal, Park Magazine welcomes submissions from both International and Portuguese artists.
