Every year, several months before the official EXIT festival, the organizers of EXIT, are opening the doors to all interested solo artists, bands and DJ’s offering them an opportunity to show their work on some of the EXIT stages.
The 2011 Play at EXIT music contest is now open to all interested musicians.
Last year over 570 performers applied, and the winners performed at various festival stages (Exit Music Live, Fusion, Explosive…), which will happen this year too.
Objective
Play at EXIT 2011 offers you a chance to perform on the 2011 EXIT Festival. All you have to do is to submit three songs from yourself or your band or three mixes if you are a DJ.
Songs should be submitted in MP3 format and shouldn’t be larger than 9 MB.
This year, your Facebook friends and other visitors who have their account at the most popular network, can help you get to your Exit performance. “Like” button next to a band’s name opens the door for three bands or DJ’s who take part in performers’ competition.
Prizes
Selected entrants will perform on the 2011 EXIT Music Festival. The EXIT Festival will be held at the Petrovaradin fortress in Novi Sad from 7-10 July 2011.
The winners will also have the chance to be a part of “Exit Music Live” mixtape to be released under Exit Online Label.
All contest entrants will be informed whether they made their way into the final selection or not by 25 May 2011 at the latest.
Rules
- The Play at EXIT 2011 contest is open for all performers, signed or unsigned with a label.
- It is possible to send only one application per performer. Opening multiple accounts (personal pages) on the portal does not increase your chances in the competition.
