Il Varco Creative Hub presents the thirteenth edition of the Prisma Art Prize, which inaugurates the fourth year of the prize.
The goal is to create space and visibility for emerging artists, presenting an inclusive career opportunity that will extend throughout 2024 involving visual artists worldwide.
Prisma Art Prize is a quarterly art competition with €2,000 of annual prize money, over €3,000 of service prizes and the possibility of participating in the collective exhibition in 2024 at the Contemporary Cluster of Palazzo Brancaccio, Rome, one of the art institutions most innovative in the international contemporary scene.
The selected artists will have the opportunity to be exhibited in one of the most prestigious galleries in Rome, to be published in Il Varco’s print catalog and on their online gallery, to win cash and service prizes, and to be interviewed.
Il Varco is hosting the contest in partnership with Contemporary Cluster, Biafarin, Vivivacolors and Atelier Montez.
Works of painting, drawing, and engraving of any size and on any medium are allowed. The competition is open to artists without limitation of age or place of origin.
The prize is under the artistic direction of Marco Crispano and the curatorship of Domenico De Chirico and has a jury panel of professionals from different backgrounds in visual arts.

Prisma Art Prize – XIII Edition – Fees
The entry fee is 29 Euro (for 1-3 paintings). You can submit up to 5 additional works at a price of 5 Euro per piece.
