Sock It to Me is ready to open its very special 10th Anniversary International Design-A-Sock of Awesomeness Contest and inviting designers around the world to get ready to participate.
Anyone, anywhere in the world can submit a sock design for a chance to see their dream sock become a reality, and win a cash prize of $5000! Second and third place will also win awesome prize money and have the chance to see their sock produced.
To be more specific, the Grand prize winner gets $5000, the chance to see their sock in production, and 15 pairs of free socks! 2nd place winner gets $1000 and 10 pairs of free socks. 3rd place winner gets $500 and 5 free pairs of socks.
Entries will be accepted for three weeks, starting 5th September 2014, then Celebrity Judges and the Super Sock Team will select their favorite designs and put these on Facebook, for the public to vote.
Sock It to Me’s Design-A-Sock Contest has always been celebration of designers and art, community and diversity, fashion and socks. It has been created in the spirit of restaurant coloring contests.
