The Arlington International Film Festival (AIFF) announces its submission dates for its 2012 Festival.
AIFF is registered in Arlington, Massachusetts as an organization dedicated to developing, promoting, and increasing multicultural awareness and understanding in the town. The Festival also stresses the importance of the artistic and educational value of film in this endeavor. AIFF invites progressive independent film producers and directors, from a variety of ethnicities within the US as well as beyond its borders, to participate.
The Festival is scheduled to take place 17 – 21 October, 2012 at Arlington’s Regent Theatre, Arlington, MA, U.S.A.
The 2012 Arlington International Film Festival is Calling for Entries
The Festival aims to foster an increased awareness and appreciation for all cultures by showcasing independent films that explore the real lives of people all over the globe, films that explore unique experiences, as well films that reveal our commonality as members of the global human family.
Film entries are now being accepted in the following categories:
- Narrative Features & Shorts
- Documentary Features & Shorts
- Experimental
- Animation
- High School Shorts (must be directed by a student 18 or under) – no entry fee
