The 17th edition of the ICMA – International Creative Media Award has opened for entries. The competition, which recognises innovation, creativity and excellence in corporate media, editorial design and graphic communication, invites individuals and companies of any nationality from around the world to participate. The ICMA began as the Corporate Media Award and later became the Custom Media Award. Today it is a worldwide competition covering custom media, books, corporate design and magazines.

The Nature Photography Contest is now open for entries for 2026. Enter your images of natural landscapes, wildlife, macrophotography and more, to compete with photographers from all over the world. This international photo awards are a chance for photographers of all levels to show off their work and share the wonders of the natural world. The winner of the best photograph of the year will receive €1,000, the winner of each category will receive €100 and the best photographer of the year will receive a trophy. In addition, for each participant, a tree will be planted in the country chosen by the winner.

The VADON Association has announced the 13th TransNatura International Nature Photo Contest 2026. The IAAP-recognized photo salon takes place in Sfântu Gheorghe, Romania, and is open for entries. The contest invites amateur and professional photographers from around the world to submit nature photographs in two categories: Wildlife and Nature and Landscapes. Images must be taken in natural habitats without disturbing wildlife, and photographs of captive animals are not eligible. A total of seven prizes, worth 5,500 Euro, will be awarded. The TransNatura Grand Prize is €1,500, while each category offers €1,000 for first place, €600 for second place, and €400 for third place.

The 22nd annual ACM/IEEE International Conference on Human-Robot Interaction (HRI 2027) has opened the call for submissions for its Student Design Competition (SDC), inviting student teams from around the world to present original human-robot interaction design work to an audience of researchers, practitioners, and judges. The competition, which will be held in Santa Clara, California, USA, during the conference from 8–12 March 2027, is themed “Robots in Public Spaces“. The goal of the SDC is to showcase design thinking in HRI: the quality of the interaction design, the clarity of the rationale behind design decisions, and serious engagement with the realities of deploying robots among people.

Zavod Big has opened entries for the BIG SEE Awards 2027. Established in 2018, the awards recognise excellence in architecture, interior design, and product design. Architects, interior designers, product designers, and manufacturers from around the world are invited to participate. Architecture and interior design entries must cover projects completed within the last three years. Product entries must have been launched on the market within the two years preceding submission, or hold a confirmed launch date no later than the award ceremony. The awards carry no cash prize. Awarded projects receive an award logo, an official certificate, and a trophy, and the jury names one Grand Prix winner per category. Winners are also published on the official website, presented on stage at the festival, and offered professional meetings, festival passes, and promotional support.

The Ministry of Health and Welfare has announced the 2nd Global Healthcare Advertising Awards (GHAA), in cooperation with Korea Health Industry Development Institute. It seeks video and visual advertising work on healthcare and medical services. A total of 10 awards will be presented.
