Circulation(s), the Festival of Young European Photography is currently accepting applications for 2026 and invites all photographers of European nationality and/or resident in Europe to participate.
Each year, at the Centquatre-Paris and satellite sites in France and abroad, Circulation(s) reveals the vitality of young creation and speaks for the diversity of photographic expressions through unique exhibitions and events.
For the past 15 years, Circulation(s) festival promote a modern and inclusive vision of photography. The festival has more than a decade of discovering new emerging talent, and still a burning desire to make new visual writing accessible to all.
The call for applications is launched to all photographers regardless of age or training criteria. Applications are assessed with regard to their aesthetic quality and the relevance of the artistic purpose. All forms of photographic writing are welcome.
There is no theme. It is possible to propose photographic projects that mix formats or involve other media such as video, installation or sound.
Following the call for applications, about fifteen photographers will be selected and exhibited within Circulation(s), thus creating an overview of the new generation of European photographers.
The 16th edition of the Circulation(s) festival will take place from 21 March to 17 May, 2026 at the Centquatre-Paris — a cultural venue in eastern Paris, and will continue in the form of tours and off-site events in France and Europe.
CIRCULATION(S) 2026 – Application Fee
The early bird (6 — 30 June 2025) application fee is free.
The full application fee (from 1 July — 15 July 2025) is 20 Euro.
