The Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival (CCI-IFF) is now accepting submissions for its 2013 event, to be held 18-21 July during Comic-Con International at the San Diego Convention Center.
In 2013, the Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival (“CCI: IFF”) celebrates it’s ninth year as a juried event.
Submitted films must be no longer than 95 minutes in length and must have a completion date within the last two (2) years (2010-2012). One submission per filmmaker is allowed.
The Comic-Con International Independent Film Festival (CCI-IFF) 2013 Announces Call for Entries
Judged by a panel of industry luminaries, the CCI-IFF accepts genre-related films in the following categories:
- Action/Adventure,
- Animation,
- Comics-Oriented,
- Documentary (Pop Culture–Related),
- Horror/Suspense,
- Humor, and
- Science Fiction/Fantasy.
Awards and prizes will be given out at Comic-Con, with film screenings all four days of the event.
If your film is accepted, free 4-day professional memberships will be granted to those appearing to discuss the film (limit 5), plus one adult guest membership for each speaker.
